if you can convert it to mp3 first, then you can host it on putfile.com

Download Audacity from audacity.sourceforge.net [audacity.sourceforge.net]. You'll have to download another component, lame_enc.dll, but then it'll allow you to encode to MP3. Audacity itself is a great little piece of software, free, accepts various kinds of audio plugins, does simple multitracking, lets you do cuts, crops, simple processes like increasing/decreasing volume, etc. I use it for a ton of recording stuff. Pretty much anything that doesn't require MIDI, really, and it'll even do that to a degree, but not well...

Oh, and then once you save to MP3, as DH said, you can put it on putfile or one of the other MP3 sites...

Note: Audacity doesn't support the LAME encoder, and they keep their little noses out of that whole squabble by not putting a direct download link on their site, but if you Google it, there are, oh, about half a brazillion sites that have it available. Just put it somewhere on your machine, and the first time you try to encode from Audacity, it'll ask you where the DLL is located...
